I am usually a pretty happy IKEA customer, but this time they took it too far. I purchased a $400 INGATORP dining room set (which came in two boxes). Upon delivery, the second box (leaf extension) was damaged. I took pictures, emailed, attempted to call, and went to the store, but nobody was willing to help. I am literally at home on Christmas with a table that had a defect that IKEA is unwilling to restore/refund/exchange for a new one.
Literally the worst (next to the old Bellsouth) customer service I've ever received. Very disappointed with my experience. Will likely never shop there again
