Ordering on line was easy no delays and all seemed well.Delivery was on time the display cabinets where well packed and all looked OK until we started to assemble the display cabinets.This took two people and was not at all easy but we managed .

when we finally managed to get the display cabinets fabricated the last thing left to do was to fit the doors only to find one of the hinges was broken.tried emailing and phoning no answer we had no trouble placing order but tiring to get someone to put a fault right is proving nearly impossible they will not answer pone, twice waiting over 30 mins on a premium number with no reply or answering emails on their site this is the last time I use this company

Monetary Loss: $95.

just on the phone now to Ikea so far 1 hour 19 minutes.... never ever again!
