We stopped for food in the cafeteria.Pulled out a 20.

When I got back change for a 10 I corrected the cashier, who had stuffed the bill into the drawer before making change. She continued to check people out and make change, instead of immediately calling a manager. Waited for a LONG time. Surprise, when they counted the draw it was correct.

This was not a situation where I could have been mistaken, or I would have walked awat. I also had two other people with me.

Needless to say it hasn't improved my impression of Ikea customer service.
