Don't waste your time ordering product to be delivered. If you need to communicate with customer service it is IMPOSSIBLE.

They do not communicate on your order via chat, email or any other method than an 888 number which frequently is so over booked the number sounds like it is out of service. IF you get lucky to get in the cue, expect a 45 min wait on line. Once you reach someone their only option is to cancel your order and rebook later if you like.

Compete waste of your time, money and environmental impact shipping furniture etc around. Shocking that a company like Ikea can get away with this in today's world.
