One person at checkout counter, took 45 minutes to pay with only two customers ahead of us on a slow morning. Set up and paid for delivery in advance.

Bedding arrives but mattress does not . Case opened told will be contacted within 48 hours. After 5 days, place another call with case number, told will be called back. Called again, left another message.

It is now ten days and still no return call. Very difficult to sleep in the bed you purchase when you do not have a mattress!

It is impossible to get anywhere, everything is you will be called back. They have operators that answer phones (sometimes they don't even answer and you just go to a loop call center and can't even leave a message) but do not have anyone you can talk to, they only call out to resolve issues.

Monetary Loss: $500.
