Unethical behavior, I would never recommend buying from this company. The store had no 'local' number.

The Delivery Manager promised me a refund the next day, kept my merchandise, and did not process my refund. I ended up speaking with a "Sue' who said to me rudely "well you shouldn't have left without your merchandise..." that was her solution. HOrrible experience, plus they rip you off with the delivery ($99) and the assembly charges (from $250 to $650) whatever pennies you save you end up paying. Employees hang around talking to each other refuse to help you.

Save your $$, buy @ either City Furniture, Walmart, or any other American store.

My next step is FTC, BBB complaints & attorneys and yes, I'm writing on this review the names of the people I spoke to. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!
