We bought a folding Lycksele sofa and have nothing but trouble with it over 3 months. It's nearly impossible to fold out as a bed OR return it to a sitting position.

I'm now in my room staring at a frame that won't go up or down. To add insult to injury, there is NO LOCAL CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER OR WEBSITE. Every contact on every Ikea website takes you back to the same page that contains no way AT ALL to make contact.
