Not resolved

I've called ikea about a dressers that i ordered a month ago they informed me that my bank had a hold on the payment and that i must contact my bank and then call them back if anything. I contacted my bank to only find out that my payment was processed so i contacted IKEA back the following week during business hrs after giving the run around i was later placed on hold for over 3 hrs, i called from 2 other phones and still no response. My lawyers will be contacted
