Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered furniture from burlington for delivery, 4 missing pieces. Tried calling ikea, on hold for 30 Minutes. Tried calling again, on hold for 90 minutes. The drivers order wasn't even the same as my order. Still 2 days later and I don't have a refund or furniture..........TERRIBLE, AVOID AT ALL COST. Having ordered and purchased a "full-service" item we have now waited 45 minutes for it to arrive at the "full-service" counter. Only one staff member who keeps disappearing and can't tell us anything when he is around. And this is because we were here as they opened the doors. Poor people who come later in the day!

The Falster outdoor set is GOD AWFUL. Did anyone test this set before deciding to sell it in stores? It does not come clean. We are talking NOTHING will clean it.
