IKEA - Where the bleep is my order?

So, first 3 items in my order were out of stick, and now about half my order is out of stock. Why is this?
Why are they not putting back the pieces of my order as they come in, so when it comes time to ship it, they actually have it there? What happens with my order if you stop selling and because all of my order didn't magically appear at the warehouse all at the same time, you still haven't gotten it to me? How long does it typically take to get a $1,400+ order to someone?
Do people usually just give up? Where Is My order?

What a *** joke this place is. The same happened to me.. not once but TWICE they never showed up after I'd taken off work and purchased "no parking" signs to accommodate their deliver truck. Lost 2 days pay and cost of signage to accommodate a delivery that never showed up and without a simple call or email to give me a heads up that it wasn't arriving. Since that last botched delivery I've called 3 times.. the first time I was placed on hold for nearly an hour and a half before my phone died (No exaggeration) 2nd time I was hung up on and 3rd time, I'd had enough and just canceled my order. I've spent so much money at this place over the years between furnishing my home and homes for my clients.. sadly I will not use them ever again. What's funnier is when I told the resolution girl all the drama with my order all she could offer me after all that loss on my side was a new delivery date or to cancel. I would have at least offered a percentage of my purchase for the inconvenience and a new date.. nothing was offered to me at all.. what a shame Ikea.. you should be ashamed of this business practice and your customer resolution center sucks. You've officially lost a costumer how gave your company a LOT of business.
Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. When the Delivery Company receives your order and is ready to schedule a delivery date, they will attempt to contact you at the telephone number that you provided in your order. At that time, they will let you know what days of the week they are able to deliver to your area. Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8am and 10pm on the delivery day you select.

Textbook answer. Never actually commented on any of my complaints. Never told me if they actually *** to.any of the order at all until the entire order is able *** filled. Nope...I'll just take my money elsewhere.
