Where the bleep is my order?

So, first 3 items in my order were out of stick, and now about half my order is out of stock. Why is this?

Why are they not putting back the pieces of my order as they come in, so when it comes time to ship it, they actually have it there? What happens with my order if you stop selling and because all of my order didn't magically appear at the warehouse all at the same time, you still haven't gotten it to me? How long does it typically take to get a $1,400+ order to someone?

Do people usually just give up? Where Is My order?

What a *** joke this place is. The same happened to me.. not once but TWICE they never showed up after I'd taken off work and purchased "no parking" signs to accommodate their deliver truck. Lost 2 days pay and cost of signage to accommodate a delivery that never showed up and without a simple call or email to give me a heads up that it wasn't arriving. Since that last botched delivery I've called 3 times.. the first time I was placed on hold for nearly an hour and a half before my phone died (No exaggeration) 2nd time I was hung up on and 3rd time, I'd had enough and just canceled my order. I've spent so much money at this place over the years between furnishing my home and homes for my clients.. sadly I will not use them ever again. What's funnier is when I told the resolution girl all the drama with my order all she could offer me after all that loss on my side was a new delivery date or to cancel. I would have at least offered a percentage of my purchase for the inconvenience and a new date.. nothing was offered to me at all.. what a shame Ikea.. you should be ashamed of this business practice and your customer resolution center sucks. You've officially lost a costumer how gave your company a LOT of business.

According to the IKEA Terms and Conditions, in the shopping cart, you will receive an estimated delivery date.
Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. When the Delivery Company receives your order and is ready to schedule a delivery date, they will attempt to contact you at the telephone number that you provided in your order. At that time, they will let you know what days of the week they are able to deliver to your area. Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8am and 10pm on the delivery day you select.

Textbook answer. Never actually commented on any of my complaints. Never told me if they actually *** to.any of the order at all until the entire order is able *** filled. Nope...I'll just take my money elsewhere.

According to the Ikea return policy, for the return of articles purchased in store, customers should visit your local store along with your receipt and the article(s) you wish to return. Ikea is unable to offer exchanges under the CollectPlus service. Should you require an exchange, please visit your local store along with your order number and the article(s) you wish to exchange. The company doesn't offer exchanges for custom made worktops, food or drinks. Unless faulty, they may refuse the return or only offer a refund card if the returns criteria are not fully met. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Can i return a walldrobe without the box or reciept

I purchased a walldrobe and it doesnt fit in my apartment my roof is to short and i misplaced the reciept, i purchased the item with a credit card

According to the IKEA help section, you should be able to make a return within 365 days of the purchase date.
To return a large item you may contact IKEA by phone at 888-888-4532. You may need to provide a photo ID, receipt (or online order confirmation), and the card that you made the purchase with.

How can I get my refund?

1/31 I purchased something. Got charged right away.

Because we didn't pick it up within 24 hours, they cancelled it. 2/2 - I received e-mail saying they cancelled it and would issue me a refund within 7 days. I called 9 days later because no refund had been issued. After waiting on hold for 44 minutes they told me they were behind and it may take 7 - 14 days.

It's now 2/20, and I still have no refund.

I'm going to call again today and will probably have to wait a long time again, but today I'm a really pissed consumer. Thank you!

According to the IKEA help section, any canceled orders should be refunded within 14 days of notice of the cancellation.
Unfortunately, IKEA does not provide any information about how to check the status of the refund. Please contact the IKEA customer care team for assistance. You should be able to reach out to them:
  • via the company's social networks.

Unfortunately the problem you described is common among other Ikea users. In order to get the information or your money back you should either contact Ikea customer support at (800) 434-4532 or visit your local store.

According to the IKEA FAQ page, if you are experiencing issues during the checkout process, you may try to change your pick-up location. If you are located 500km or more away from an IKEA store or collection point, simply click on Find a Location at the bottom of the page to obtain the postal code of the exact location you are attempting to pick up from. You can then plug in said postal code during the checkout process.

As stated at theguardian.com, money should be refunded within 7 to 10 business days. IKEA should refund the price paid for the goods via the original payment method.

Can I buy a racks curtain rod 210 x 385 on its own

Do Uppland armchair slipcovers fit the ektorp armchair?

I have two ektorp armchairs. It seems ikea doesn’t make ektorp anymore.

I’m looking for slipcovers for them and want to know if the UPpland armchair slipcovers will fit an ektorp armchair. I have now spent an hour trying to get an answer to a simple question.

Product availability

Hi, for a few months I’ve been trying to purchase the Kallax high gloss gray bookshelf Article number 503.342,23 I tried contacting IKEA on the phone to try to see when the item will be back in stock. Because it’s been a few months I’m wondering if it will ever come back in stock.

Would you be able to tell me if it’s still being manufactured? And if so how long Mike the item be out of stock for?

Why am I not receiving my order?

I keep getting calls saying my order is coming and then the company keeps sending it back to the store. I ordered this almost a month ago.

Please contact me with a solution. If this doesn’t get fix quickly I’m going to take legal action.

This isn’t COVID-19 related, it’s just lack of giving a *** Please fix this. If the order isn’t available then don’t call me and say it’s coming and then not deliver it.
