So basically I ordered some stuff from Ikea and it was supposed to come today. The company who was delivering my stuff failed to call me the day before to inform me of my 4-hour window, and failed to call me right before they arrived at my apartment, which meant that I had no *** clue when it would come.
As a result I missed the delivery, which meant that I had to schedule a different delivery date. I called customer service, and after 30 minutes someone picked up. They helped me and decided to direct me to store delivery. No one picked up for more than an hour :(.
I'm truly *** pissed. If they dont reply my order will be cancelled, which will be great :(
