Went to Ikea Glasgow to purchase a couple of items for grandsons bedroom. The items were in stock, but not in the particular colour we wanted, confirmed by shopfloor staff.

Checked online when we got home, and there it claimed that this colour was indeed in stock in the Glasgow store.

Thoroughly annoyed and confused about this conflicting info, called Ikea customer services who investigated and claimed that the items were in store after all, and that the items concerned had not been labelled out of stock. So, to add insult to injury they were now claiming that I was telling porkies.

You couldn't make it up! Customer Service 1 out of 10.
