Orders two mattresses and one foundation online. The delivery company arrived a week later with the foundation but no mattresses.

Spent an hour on the phone with Ikea customer service (mostly on hold). Spoke to 2 different people and got nowhere, eventually I was placed on hold again for 40 minutes then suddenly transferred to someones voice mail. left a message but call was never returned. My spend another hour on the phone the next day and was eventually told that they would have to do a warehouse audit which would take 2-3 days.

That time has now passed and still nothing from Ikea.

We disposed of my sons old mattress in preparation for the delivery of the new one, so now this is a bad situation, and Ikea is totally unhelpful.
