Ikea - No service , no delivery , hours of waiting in the service line
See attached photo , 2 1/2 hrs of waiting until a response !!!
One shipment , we never received as forwarding agent stated we had not been at home , but we can prove it ! On top , we have a concierge service , which didn't see them either.
Of course , we are requested to pay the shipping a second time !
The other shipment had missing and damaged items !
Look at the attached photo of my phone, taken during the call it shows the IKEA service number and the waiting time in the line !
Never again , I cancelled all orders, I have enough !
