I am extremely dissatisfied with Ikea's customer service. I am attempting to purchase some furniture for my daughter who is in college in Minneapolis, and wanted to arrange delivery directly from their Twin Cities location.
I called the number on the website, which put me in an endless loop of prompts. When I finally got a representative on the phone, they told me that there was no way to contact the store directly - who does business like that?
You mean to tell me that there is not a manager or customer service representative onsite to deal with customer issues? They have lost my business!
