I am extremely dissatisfied with Ikea's customer service.I am attempting to purchase some furniture for my daughter who is in college in Minneapolis, and wanted to arrange delivery directly from their Twin Cities location.

I called the number on the website, which put me in an endless loop of prompts. When I finally got a representative on the phone, they told me that there was no way to contact the store directly - who does business like that?

You mean to tell me that there is not a manager or customer service representative onsite to deal with customer issues?They have lost my business!
