We've been shopping at IKEA for over 12 years and this was the last trip we will ever make. The sheets we purchased were defected-- 1/3 too short to fit IKEA brand mattress.

Since IKEA has a very difficult return policy and we live 3 hours away, we are not able to get a refund. Thus far, we had at least 6 e-mail exchanges, were asked to send pictures, and then fed-exed the whole thing. After all this trouble, the store reps have stopped responding. I have never, ever had such experience with a return, never mind one that is a defected product.

Going to IKEA used to be a special thing for our family and friends. The recent experience has been more than dissapointing.

Monetary Loss: $70.
