On 5/19/18 I ordered and paid for elaborate 4 wardrobe PAX 118" closet system. Salesman everything in stock and it could be delivered tomorrow.
Sunday delivery on time and trucker was very helpful and pleasant. He delivered 40 boxes to me. After I started complaining about missing hinges he then showed me the work order. Unfortunately, there were no hinges on his work order for the 6 glass doors.
My receipt and paperwork clearly shows the hinges were ordered and paid for. So now I can't install the 6 glass doors. Ikea sent me an email that they are out of stock on the hinges and they don't know when they will have them. How can you sell closet systems and not have hinges.
What am I supposed to do with this system.
I am not installing it as you have not given me an ETA for the hinges. At this point I am quite unhappy and you know they billed my credit card for this purchase even though I can't use it.
I have not opened any boxes in case I have to return everything.
