Ordered kitchen cabinets on 4/25. Order expected to arrive 5/18. Notified on 5/14 cabinets had shipped.
5/21 - no one can find the truck.
IKEA has no customer service; even their phone number on their website is wrong. I called the dresser refund number to get some one.
A truck ships on 5/14 and no one can track it. From MD to AL it takes, currently, 8 business days and it's not here yet.
Just want to move on....
Evidently not enough words, so I have to type more. I will never buy anything that won't fit in a suitcase from IKEA.
How can you not know where your drivers are. Has IKEA ever heard of GPS? Computers? Phones?
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: I want to find the truck driver...GPS.
