We had a sheet printed out on the item we were going to buy. The Cashier is suppose to cross-check the items on the sheet with the items you pick up in their warehouse section - HE DID NOT and we ended up driving 2 hours home to find we had the wrong parts - now we cannot get through to IKEA customer service to return a small part - they have a recorded message that they are "experiencing a high volume of calls" and they HANG UP-

This is a ridiculous way to treat customers - DON'T BUY FROM IKEA - once you are out the store they don't care about your problems or their MISTAKES
