Try oxy clean. Make 1part Oxy to four parts hot water, wipe on.

Let sit at least 10 minutes.

Wipe off with damp cloth. Does a good job on those grease stains and removes some discolouration.

Ikea - Delivery is horrendous and does not follow up

I had a table and chairs from IKEA delivered to my home, the worst mistake. IKEA outsources their deliveries and the delivery person broke the side door of my home delivering the table and chairs. Once it was mentioned to the driver, he hands me a form with a number in New York (Yonkers) to call regarding any delivery issues. I did, the person on the other end of the phone states he will send me a claim form electronically. I fill it out and return it electronically the day I received it . I get confirmation that they received it , but that was 8 weeks ago and no response. I attempted to email the gentleman who sent me the form and to whom I needed to return it....no response. I called the number this morning, NO ONE HAS EVER HEARD of THIS PERSON......What a scam. NEVER get delivery from IKEA!!! When you call IKEA, they state that they have no responsibility as they do not do the deliveries but contract with the outside company. Funny, I paid for delivery when I was at IKEA though....

Ikea - Great products

I traveled to Ikea yesterday with my family, and was impressed by the level of customer service. The staff were only too happy to help and had a sound knowledge of the stock. I purchased a table and four chairs, and several decorative items for the kitchen, including some glass candle holders. I also purchased some bedding and several blankets. The furniture was easy to assemble, and had useful instruction manuals which were informative and straightforward. The candle holders look perfect in my living room and the bedding is great. I would recommend Ikea to anyone who wants durable, stylish products for decent prices.

BUYERS BEWARE I am usually a pretty happy IKEA customer, but this time they took it too far. I purchased a $400 INGATORP dining room set (which came in two boxes). Upon delivery, the second box (leaf extension) was damaged. I took pictures, emailed, attempted to call, and went to the store, but nobody was willing to help. I am literally at home on Christmas with a table that had a defect that IKEA is unwilling to restore/refund/exchange for a new one. Literally the worst (next to the old Bellsouth) customer service I've ever received. Very disappointed with my experience. Will likely never shop there again

IKEA is ridiculous

Not only did they charge my credit card way before my order even shipped, they never shipped one of my items. After contacting them (and holding for 48 minutes + on multiple occasions), I was finally told my table would ship. Well low and behold, the table showed up, and it was the wrong one. It was about $80 cheaper than the one I had already paid for. I called them. They said it would take 10-15 days for a refund. It's been 13 days and I still have no refund, nor (after multiple email attempts), has anyone sent me a return label to send back the WRONG table. I am sick of trying to contact them and I want my money back and the wrong table gone. I just filed a complaint with the BBB and will be filing a dispute with my credit card company as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ONLINE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

Ikea delivers NOTHING! And says they'll call back....

I purchased a couch and coffee table at Ikea in Woodbridge, VA and paid to have it it delivered two days later. The delivery company calls a day later to tell me what time to be home to wait for them for the next day. Next day comes, and the delivery man shows up with the coffee table but NO COUCH! I ask, where's my couch, and he replies "Ikea said it was out of stock." That's it!!!! I call Ikea, wait an hour to tell them the situation where I paid for a couch and delivery of a couch and received nothing. They said they would call me back in the next 5 days.... I'm not sure what happened from when I purchased to delivery, but what the ***? How can they sell me something, charge me for delivery, not deliver, and not do anything!!!! They even told me to go back to the store that's 30 miles away to resolve it there!!! Ikea is awful. Don't use their delivery service. It'll only cause a headache leaving you short hundreds of dollars and wasted time. Never going back to them again. Reliability is important when it comes to large transactions.

Ikea in Alief, Texas - Sloppy customer service

My name is Felicia Walden, I shop at the Round Rock Ikea. Im sure there is a list of my purchased items. I paid a "Conveniece Fee" for ikea staff to get the items in store ,I purchased delivery and assembly. Turns out the wrong color table was delivered. Getting a hold of anyone is nearly impossible. Finaly patricia trejo arranged delivery and assembly of the correct table scheduled for today from2-7PM. 7:18 PM black stornas table finaly delivered but of course theres another catch to it. It didnt occur to them that they needed to make sure they had their tools present before driving an hour to my house so you know I paid well over 250 for this service. The guy resceduled for sunday 2-9pm. Already took 2 days of early from work and how many weeks without a dining table to eat on. Calculate How much I spent +$700 taking of from work. This is absolutely ridiculous. Supervisors must be notified about this. All these people represent Ikea. Call me crazy but do you not see my frustration. Im not asking for sympathy but really put yourself in my shoes along with other customers. Im remodeling my house and paid for a kitchen assessment which I still havnt recieved a quote back a week later but now I have lost trust in Ikea and to think to spend a large amount has me terrified.
