Ordered a large collapsible bag on 1/8/17, cc charged on 1/9/17.Paid huge and *** amount for shipping of a .99 bag but had to have a second one!

Got email confirming order but nothing since. Tried tracking at IKEA and no order found. Called and rep said they're having problems with tracking on website, that fed ex was at fault for not emailing shipping/tracking info and bag should arrive 1/19. Eleven days to ship a bag that folds up to the size of my palm.

Never, ever again! Rep didn't care, sounded like a party in the background.

Totally unprofessional and won't order anymore.Sharing with all friends/family I know.
