Had to use A & E Factory Service - unethical, lying technician refused to provide service unless I paid for it, after making me wait ALL day for service call, then he insisted I was not under warranty , which is false, I have a 5 year warranty, receipt of purchase 2 years ago! He tried to put words in my mouth and said he was cancelling the service because I "refused to pay".

I said I did not say that, he refused service because he incorrectly insisted I was not under warranty. and said he didn't appreciate my sarcasm! Company now says I have to call IKEA again, I have to reschecdule service appt.

again. Avoid them!
