Goods delivered late and some units broken. After 3 weeks still waiting for replacements.
This organisation is in shambles and the quality control is non existent. We won't be using them again. It's clearly endemic within the company and they are demotivated in trying to rectify the situation.
The Scandinavians should take this back and sort it out before expecting us to put up with it. Pleased I got this off my chest but hopefully I've got to 100 words now, not quite, so here's a few more, nearly there, just a few more there done it....
