Last week, I finally received my new wrap-around sofa from IKEA (Amsterdam), albeit with the wrong feet and screws. After a week of telephone calls, I was told the feet and screws could not be ordered separately, and that the entire sofa would need to be replaced - in 4 - 6 weeks.

I was further told that this was my only choice and there was nobody else I could discuss this matter with. Meanwhile, I gave away our old living room set to make room for this (unusable) set.

This is monumentally horrid customer service - even by infamously low Dutch standards.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ikea Sofa.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

:( I know how you feel! I purchased a couch with the wrong slip cover and a broken part.

I am not waiting for them to send me the new one. Its has been nothing but a hassle I hope the next couch is correct and I tell you one thing if it is not they better pick it back up fast cause it will be outside on the curb.
