Seldom complain about my shopping experience. But this time I was really pissed off by Ikdea direct (i.e., buying online).

When I tried to place an order, I first got an error. After retry it seemingly succeeded. But I couldn't see any order information in my account. No emails either. A few days later, I saw my credit card got charged so I thought the order must be good. But about 1 week later, I got a missed call from an IKEA direct agent saying the order was not through and was asked to call an 800 number. I called the 800 number and couldn't get through after 20 minutes! Don't they have a priority line to help customers who have already paid and whose order was not through!!

I don't even know what to do with my dangling order! Worst online shopping experience ever in my life.

Monetary Loss: $300.
