Never have I encountered such terrible service.Went to IKEA on Tuesday and chose home delivery option.

Was told three times (and written on my receipt too) that my 'Next Day Delivery' would arrive between 7 am and 1 pm the next day. Nobody shows up, no one phones me. Same again the next day.

Now it's Friday and I've been put on hold a grand total of about 2 hours.This is the most appalling customer experience I've ever had - my delivery is missing and IKEA doesn't seem to care!
