My furniture delivery is rescheduled for the 3rd time. It's been 2 weeks now. No sign of my furniture. Delivery company does not even have the decency to call and tell us not to wait. They make us wait all day . And when we call at the end of the day, wait time for calls are between 46 minutes to 2 hours and they ask us to reschedule because there is Nothing they can do about it. Complete nightmare. Worse experience of my life.

I was expecting a delivery today from Ikea via tforce. The call for delivery window never came and I received an email this morning informing me that the delivery wouldn’t take place and had been rescheduled for the next day. I called Tforce for one reason, to inform them that no one would be available for one hour of the window described in the email. What greeted me was an extremely rude customer service agent who continuously interrupted me and repeated irrelevant and unhelpful information while trashing IKEA as the fault of the late delivery! I wasn’t even upset or complaining about the delivery delay. Though I did say it would have been helpful to receive the information earlier so we could have planned the day differently. In the end, the CS agent couldn’t help me in any way and wasted 15 minutes of my time while ranting about thing neither of us could change.
