Worst experience inside IKEA and with costumer on the phone

That's was my first time shopping furniture at IKEA and the last time. I am coming from Europe and there are miles away with there service from IKEA in Europe. I also read nothing than negative reviews on consumer affairs. There only have 1 star no wonder i just experienced my self with IKEA. Horrible costumer service. Will never buy anything again from IKEA

Went to ikea early. In fact first customer at your closet center. Was ignored from the whole two hours I was there to design my closet. Other customer were helped, in fact one customer was given a hug after he was helped. What was it about me that I was treated so badly. I don't know. Oh yes I am brown. ?????
