IKEA #1 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE CENTURY! I hope I don't forget and trust this company again.

I have shopped in the storm in Paris and it's all so nice. Who could ever imagine a somewhat respected company worldwide with good products could *** people around as Ikea does. They send an email of the order confirmation, then NOTHING else. You have no way to find out anything.

Even their "tracking", haha, you have to write your name, email, etc., AND your tracking number only to have the "request" disappear into the ethos. They'll let you know about your order in 24-48 hours! Hilarious, but I'm seething angry. So, while trying to find something online, I called and was on the phone 45 minutes, most of it on hold.

They can't say one straight thing. In fact, the person you talk doesn't have a clue when you're going to get your stuff.

After this order, I'm done! I'll never order from Ikea again.
