here we go , spent over £750.00 @ ikea , got stuff delivered , no problems there , built two sets of three sets of drawers , so well practiced , started the third set , put a dowel right through the side , hole too deep , as a tradesman i know how to tap a dowel into place , so i called ikea , when customer services deemed it fit to answer i was told basically tough , i offered to buy a part , and was directed to the junk area , the person on the end of the phone was at least understanding , but no part , i got a stock answer telling me that if i had an ikea family card the parts would have been replaced for free , so if they can split a pack for a card holder for free , why will they not split one for someone who will pay , the rest of the bedroom stuff turned into an equal night mare , last time i use them
