I order drawer parts for my Ikea Kitchen, returned merchandise in February 2018, May 23, 2018, I still have not received refund, I have called at least five time with over an hours wait for a live person to talk too. I ordered on line and returned via US mail.

I have spoke with several different agents, Each person tells me the same thing, I will receive refund within 5 to 7 day or 3 to 5 days. I will never do business with Ikea again there is no excuse to keep someones money for 3 months after merchandise was returned. I do not have an Ikea store in my State so I have to order on line. And returns via mail.

It is so frustrating trying to talk to a customer service person. I can not get a direct number to anyone higher than the person I am making the complaint to.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ikea Cabinet.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $60.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Phone hold times, Employee incompetence, Online orders customer service sucks.
