We ordered our kitchen from IKEA, by phone on April 17 and were told deliver would happen April 25.We hustled our contractors to get everything ready in time and now it is May 7 and we still can't find out when our kitchen will be delivered.

IKEA's customer service stinks; after numerous calls we are simply told "you may cancel the order OR wait for the delivery company to deliver" - and NO ONE can tell us when that will be. Meanwhile we are spending zillions of dollars eating out because our kitchen is gutted. All this after we were prepared to go and pick up our kitchen at the store BUT were told that to get the 20% kitchen discount we'd have to order online (by phone).

No one has returned any of our calls, even though they have all promised to.Their customer service really stinks and I have now made my last purchase at IKEA.
