IKEA - Don't make me pay for broken products
I ordered 4 Krustad bowls and 4 Krustad 10 inch plates online. 1 of the bowls was completely shattered and all 4 of the plates were chipped and pieces broken off, due to very poor packaging.
I don't expect for ceramics to not break during delivery if they were all wrapped in a bundle and packaged in an oversized box... I called the customer service the next day and was on hold for 2 hours until eventually the call got disconnected. I filed two independent forms for the damaged items and have not received a confirmation, nor any indication that anybody is trying to resolve this issue. It has been a week and I have tried calling multiple times.
Sometimes the calls get dropped and sometimes when it doesn't I would be put on hold for HOURS then disconnected. At this point I just want a refund because I have no confidence that the replacement goods will arrive intact.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $33.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
IKEA Cons: Poor customer service.
