Terrible!!!

DO NOT EVER use their delivery services!

After hours spent on the phone and being stood up 3 times I still don't have the furniture I bought 3 weeks ago! I'll pass on the detail and how frustrating it is to have to call them an know in advance that you will NEVER get anybody on the phone before waiting 1HOUR listening to some *** elevator music!!!

Who is going to pay for my missing furniture and my phone bill ? I have spent more than 10 hours on the phone with them this month and the issue is still not resolved!

Review about: Ikea Delivery Service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

At least you just had elevator music, I had to listen to a recording of a guy mumbling about all the great services at their store.
