After another 30 min wait, you can talk to their manager... remember, there are a lot of managers (one of them ever acclaimed HE IS THE ONLY MANAGER in the department), if the managers promise anything and if you trust them, YOU LOSE!
They never keep their words, never tell you there are so many steps between now and when you can actually get your refund...never refund your money and worst of all, they never care! Worst custom service ever and DO NOT EVER SHOP from IKEA
