DELIVERY COMPANY PROMISSES TO CALL HALF HOUR BEFORE THEY SHOW UP, WELL YOU KNOW THEY DONT. MISSED DELIVERY BY FIVE MINUTES, CALLED COMPANY AND WAS TOLD THAT DRIVER REFUSES TO TURN AROUND BECAUSE HES OUT OF THE AREA [IN FIVE MINUTES]

IKEA TELLS ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY NEW FEE FOR DELIVERY,

WHEN I ASKED FOR MY FURNITURE BACK I WAS TOLD THEY WONT BE BACK AT STORE FOR 3 MORE DAYS. GREAT SERVICE GUYS REALLLLY.

NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE THAT CAN NOT STAY GLUED TO THEIR FRONT DOOR, I THINK EVEN A BATHROOM BREAK IS NOT ALLOWED!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
