Ordered $3000 worth of kitchen cabinets for a remodel. Delivery 3 weeks later was promised.
Delivery day number one came and went. not a word. After 3 hours on hold, I was told the shipping company changed and I would get a new delivery date. Delivery date 2 was set up during a robo call on Wednesday for Friday yay.
Friday afternoon they asked if they could move to the following friday. Do I really have a choice? 'No' Delivery Date number 3 is a month after initial order. grrrrrrr So frustrated.
My builder is angry at me for all the date changes. IKEA products are fine, their delivery system is amazingly awful. I live 150 miles from the store so delivery seemed so much more efficient.
Now I will drive 300 miles round trip to pickup. Thanks for blowing my day off IKEA.
