Ordered Chest of Drawers around the middle of October to complete a set that I had purchased a couple of years ago. The Delivery with their 3rd part delivery is a nightmare.

They don't show up as expected and then stated they will come late at night like after 9 PM. This is not acceptable for any delivery company. When I requested a more accepted window I was told I would have to pay an additional $35 on top of a $99.00 delivery fee. At this point I cancelled the order on the 9th of November.

To date I am still waiting on the refund. I have called this evening and was on hold for over an hour and half, hung up as I felt that I was in a loop. I am now on Hold again.

Bottom Line, DO NOT ORDER ON LINE. This company is not what they once were.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $319.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

When called the second time was on hold for over 45 minutes. Finally was so frustrated that I hung up. Will try to call again on Monday
