second time around, delivery, painstakingly picked passed through checking and stood endless in line for their delivery.okay so far so good.
worried about the advertisement of lowered delivery prices, it was confirmed same company still delivering . oh my gawd, and sure enough monday between 3 and 7. no one showed ,no call. calling the ikea number..
3 hours waiting, next morning, 21 minutes wait turned into 14 calls of disconnect. final reaching a service, who offers to connect to store, customerservice solutions center.. hahahahaha.. never happened.
again connected to a voice the gentleman recording spewing lies, from we are concerned about you, to the excellent customer service.. recorded message and our options may have changed,. hahaha, what options? service or no service?none of it exists, seriously none, got to a service on line who offered to connect to reschedule, i refused i demanded to know why they did not deliver, after have an hour the answer, they could not deliver because they could not locate the merchandise, now, im done finding out who is manager of store, last time resulted into having to deal with stupidity and an inflated sense of self.
no clue about customer service from store manager on.. to assistant manager, and the endless line of puppets with a name tag but no power.. a sense of waisting the consumers time? hahaha!!!
im canceling my amex payment to ikea of that order. the only way to get to a resolve quickly.
i have no merchandise delivered, no way to connect to customer service. and that is the ikea way, disconnected numbers, no service, inadequate merchandise ,lack of communication, between call service and ikea personal service and ikea delivery, on line product in store does not correlate with actual merchandise, but lots of people employed to deal with the endless screaming. but no actual service at all, i 've dealt with ikea for 55 plus years, the concept is great, most of the "workers" are great, but in this store management in renton wa.
is clueless , what ever is left of ikea's name, is being driven into the ground. this store lacks merchandise, follow up, common sense training, and above all , management lacks the concept of whatever customers service means. do not take ikea delivery EVER! their picking list is failing.
their delivery service is unable to read the picking list, the people putting it all together, are simple soles who damage for get to screw tight and simply low on the totem pole workers, go outside of ikea pay more get a well known service who knows how it all is put together..and good luck..
I liked: Merchandise style.
I didn't like: Total disconnect of communication training customer service.
