Bought a wardrobe, paid for deliver and assembly. The assembly guy found some items damaged when he opened the boxes. Now the irritating part starts...
--- i called customer service and had to wait 1 hour to speak to someone
--- i am told it will take a week for someone to follow-up with me
--- i was advised to go back to the store if i needed faster service, otherwise i will have to wait longer for this to be resolved!!!
a pregnant woman trying to get things organized does not need this stress. So i have to live in the midst of boxes and incompleted pieces of the assembly for however long... i am at their mercy
