Ikea online site forgets order history

once you login and order from ikea usa and get an emailed delivery estimate, there is no online record of the order and there is no order history. all you can do online is shop for more stuff. They must have really bad programmers and data base people in charge of their web. seeing an order history and maybe tracking is pretty standard these days for normal webs.
