We bought a sofa in ikea Hongkong for my grandparents , and paid for a delivery , set up and toss the old one service. While they deliver the sofa, the delivery guys complain about the old sofa is too big and we didnt pay for the tossing service, so they wrote on the receipt said "I aggree to give up the new sofa and have a refund since the old sofa is too big to remove. Spent over $1000 on cabinets and inserts. Boxes were missing pieces and the installers said I would have to go back to the store (and wait over an hour in returns/exchanges?) to pick up the pieces.
