Cheap prices but cheap quality and cheap service as well.

Too many employee, they do nothing, just talk in groups, at the same time only half of the return stations have an employee. The stocks of furniture parts are messed up – nobody cares to fix it.

I try to buy a bed. I matched numbers on the list and stock shelves. One part was defective (I figured it out myself before paying), another – with wrong part number from another shelf. The casher and the store system did not recognize that parts are from different sets. I had to drive back about 1 hour and wait 45 min in long line to return.

I would not recommend going to IKEA store in Schaumburg, IL

Monetary Loss: $200.

Of you realized this happened the first time, why didn't you double check it the second time? Ummmmmmmmmm duh
