So, I was resting my head on the HEAD REST of my HOPEN bed frame and the piece snapped off!!I contacted Ikea immediately to ask for spare parts so that I could fix it....

I even took the blame for what was obviously a faulty part... after a year, I figured... what the ***..Ikea's response... "We unfortunately do NOT sell spare parts or provide hardware...

Unless you purchased the item within 90 days... We can't help you. Feel free to browse our NEW catalog for a new bed." It's an awful shame that a company can deny a loyal customer the right to a fair deal. I will NEVER buy from Ikea again and I was a loyal customer for YEARS....

Good job Ikea...

With this robotic anti emotion customer service you're supplying...I hope to see you out of business very soon.

Monetary Loss: $800.
