Ikea - No returns once package was opened!!!

I tried to retun a chair today on Nov 8, 08 at Ikea covina. I was at the customer service. The customer svc representative said it was opened box and took my item and went to back room and said he has to inspect it. And it took him about half and hour. Finally, he came with the chair assembled and told me nothing wrong with it. It looks sturdy to him. And he won't issue the refund because it was assembled. But the item was opened for seeing but never installed or used. But it is ridiculous because he assembled it, of course, it is assembled and considered to be his definition "Used" and against the store return policy. So, I asked for customer service manager. There was a young girl came out and I recalled her name is Shiela, and she is the person in charge there which I doubted. And she said she could do us favor and grant me 70% of the original value store credit. I refuse because I won't shop again at this store. I tried to take some pics there so, I might be able to post on the net to share my experiences. But she was trying to take my camera away. I told her that you better not to touch me. I was totally disgruntled! Bad Service! Unbelievable & Amazing! Never See this kind of customer service In US possibly from one of the major chain stores. And customer service will risk their company reputation or facing possibilites of violating a consumers's right for a $ 50 merchandise.

IKEA is ***

I bought a chair. Got home with it, ready to put it together and guess what, the last piece in the ...severely damaged. Needless to say the whole frame is scratched. Now i have to drive again 50 miles to bring it back. ANd the *** chair doesn't even fit back in the box. Stay away from IKEA. How can they sell such *** products in the US? I can't believe that I even bother to buy something from them. I have heard that their products suck from many people. I did not believe it. Now I do.

I'm totally regretting buying furniture from Ikea, it's not like their products are so incredibly cheap that they have to be made like total ***. Not only did the "screws" start falling apart when trying to screw them in (not to mention the screw head flaked away because the *** thing didn't want to turn into the hole)but at the near-end of completion, I find that the very last piece's holes were drilled misaligned, which will throw the entire thing off balance. ***, Ikea, you suck.

Guest

Ikea is like Walmart, you pay for what you get for.

They have certain products for those who have a tight budget and products that are better quality for those who can afford.

As long as you take care of what you buy and don't abuse the furniture it should last quite awhile.

Guest

I have never been to an IKEA store, probably because I have seen so much of their *** being resold or given away for free on Craigslist.

Ikea not handicap accessible

I wanted to make a purchase at Ikea in the Canton store. I called to see if they would be able to help with my purchase as I can't walk through the acres of store looking for the item I wanted. I knew the item numbers I wanted, so called the store to see if they had a system in place so I could go to a service desk, make my purchase and have the items brought up. The answer was no. They only have wheel chairs - no carts. Huh? I asked what I was supposed to do, put the item on the arms of the wheel chair and wheel it through the store? The answer was "I don't know - we don't have anyone there who can help you." Oh, and shipping on the $250 item was $300

Ikea Complaint - dishes

We purchased plates, cups, bowls and other assorted glassware from Ikea. The products were described as lilac hand blown glass.

When we began to wash the plates and remove the stickers, we noticed that the clear spots were showing up on some of the plates. We were shocked to learn that the glassware is not really lilac, but instead it is made of clear glass and has some sort of plastic film covering. We checked the bowls and cups and found them all to be the same. Since the products are made in China we were a bit concerned that flakes of this plastic coating could get into our food and we have no idea what types of chemicals might be in the product.

Not to mention, that after a few months, the dishes were going to blotchy messes of clear and lilac as the film continued to scratch or wear off. We called Ikea and told them we had traveled from a long distance to pick up the dishes, we told them that we were very unhappy that the plates were not advertised as

coated and we told them we wanted to be compensated. They expressed shock and said they had no idea that the glassware was not solid glass. We were told we would be refunded our money and compensated with coupons or store credit for our time and mileage.

We returned to the store and our money was refunded, but they refused to give us any other type of compensation. They changed their story from what they had said on the phone and claimed they new the dishes were coated, but they were safe for use. We told them to post a sign so other consumers were aware, but they refused and told us they did not want to deal with our concerns.

We want others to know that this film could flake and it could get into food products and beverages.

Ikea Kitchen Akurum review

I purchased an entire Akurum kitchen from Ikea in May 2010. The Pros: the drawers/doors/finish are beautiful; the delivery was cheap; lots of choices; the free Ikea software was very useful in designing. The Cons: 1. The Ikea software is missing essential products. E.g. the 24" deep top cabinets (usually used above fridges), and many more. Prices were wrong. 2. The person that was assisting us with the layout in-store, while very friendly, screwed up and gave us 1 wrong cabinet and several panels that were too short. 3. Half of our frames/hardware wasn't in the store, so we had to go back again to order the other parts. We ordered them on "back order". Someone was supposed to be checking in when they become available and call us back - never happened. No one could help me over the phone for anything! 4. Our first delivery was delayed. Our second delivery was lost. Took 5 calls until we found out when our products will arrive. 5. The cabinet frames are of poor quality, and won't last long. They don't even include the plastic right triangles to make sure your cabinets are "square". The cabinet backing is flimsy, thin, and when you are nailing it - you can easily damage the (load-bearing) sides. Don't bother ordering any tall panels from here. Very thin and no supporting frame comes with them. Completely useless. 6. Ordering the counter is very complicated and you are charged MORE money upfront than what your counter costs and then we had to GO BACK TO THE IKEA STORE to get our money back. The counter, by the way, comes from a small company not Ikea. (If Ikea was owed money, I guarantee you we wouldn't have had to physically get there to pay THEM.) In the end, I'm pretty sorry that I didn't go with a Home Depot kitchen. I would have been willing to sacrifice a little more money and choices for a lot less hassles.

i purchased a entire kitchen from Ikea i have to say the cabinets are not the best but they are not the worst either. i have 17 cabinet and they were pretty easy to put together.

but i must agree the counter top are the worst. what i didnt like was there was only one company that made our counter top so i really was at there mercy. And the company stinks.

Does not know how to resolved any problems. If i would have know i wouldnt of used them

Guest

Thanks for posting this info. I have heard MANY complaints or nightmares reqarding the ENTIRE kitchen buying, delivery, installing and poor quality issues so you are definitely not alone.

I swear the kitchens in the showrooms are different with significantly better quality and built then the actual kitchens you buy. I definitely will avoid any kitchens from IKEA - thanks again for the post.

IKEA DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER

I purchased a basic desk chair for my son, after assembly, I found the chair is unsafe because my son fall down easily from the chain, so I bring the chair to Ikea Palo Alto for return, but to my surprise the CSR simply said no return because the chair has been assembled (that's a joke, how do I know the chair is defective if I don't assembly and try on), I asked to said to the manager, a women with uniform and name tag said Kristen claim she is the manager of that building, but she give that kind of altitute of "don't care", so she just simply repeat the CSR said "no return" even I try to explain to her that the chair is either defective or unsafe, no use, I told her that she has now lost one customer, I sware not to purchase anything from any Ikea store. As matter of fact, their product is cheap and low quality, and with such customer service, I forseen their sale will slip and stores closing.... good luck!

Ikea: Abusive Employee

I needed a desk for a newly installed computer workstation and asked my teenage son to accompany me to the store. He found a Galant white desk on sale that he liked so I asked the Ikea employee working that area what items I needed to purchase. He gave me a runaround and finally said to go downstairs. Being adept at Ikea's self-service area we headed downstairs but could not find the desk top or legs. So we went to the self-service help desk where we met Katrina. She drilled down into her computer and then called the man in the desk department. Upon hanging up the phone she remarked "he was no help". She said she was sorry but we'd have to go back upstairs to obtain each items numbers -- she showed me what numbers to look for and handed me some paper and a pencil. Upstairs we went but I could not find the item numbers on the one tag on the desk so we waited for the Ikea guy to show up. We waited 15 minutes -- then another 5 before he appeared. I explained what I needed and he, once again, told me to go downstairs. Back to the help desk and a long line. Finally we got to Katrina and she did some more work on the computer and had me look over the item list. She printed out the order and I told her the prices were too high. She said that some markdowns are taken at the check-out and not to worry. We headed to the check-out lines. Ikea employee FRAN waved to us from the self check-out terminal and we headed over. Before arriving she yelled "you have a booking" which confused me. I handed her the paper and she shoved it back into my hands. "Read me the number" she demanded. I had no idea what she wanted and was trying to put on my reading glasses while she kept telling me to read her the number. We finally got the number into the terminal and it produced a total $15 more than what it should have been. I told her the price was incorrect and she told me it was not. I said the desk is on sale and she acted like I was lying to her. She then told me I'd have to take the papers upstairs. I told her I was not going to do that and she says "don't get upset with me". She was in effect blaming me to the screw-up. Her attitude was deplorable. I just kept my composure and waited for Fran to start thinking clearly -- an obvious flawed assumption on my part. She demanded to know where I got the paperwork and I told her from Katrina at the help desk. She gets on her cell phone and tells Katrina to come over. After a brief chat she send s Katrina upstairs. Fran then walks away. The store was now closing. My son and I stood around for at least 20 minutes not knowing what was going on. Finally Fran comes back and orders me to the terminal -- a woman two lanes over yells that I have to pay cash. I tell her I am not paying cash. Fran says the screwup was because there is a new and old style white top. I am thinking it's not the desktops fault -- it's an Ikea employee screwup. Once again she just walks away from us. I pay for the desk and head to furniture pick-up. Fran never apologized for the screw-up, delay, or her attitude. It's now past 10 pm and in the elevator going down the parking garage, my son looks at me and says "that sure was a lot of abuse just to buy a cheap desk".

You should have asked for a manager and they would have just marked it down on the register for you since it was closing time. I'm sorry you had to deal with dumb workers.

I too work at IKEA and I agree, some people that work there, should not be in retail! Even though IKEA is an at will employement, it takes a customer complaint and a couple hundred write up's for someone to get fired (not cool).

So I would say go complain to the manager (especially since you know the names of workers) and if you see them there again, put in another complaint. Sorry you got such *** service.

Guest

Sucks you didn't have me as your helper. I worked at a TX location for one year and treated the customers very well. At times though customers could be very rude and snippy so of course I wasn't always 100% nice helping them. It really just depends on your sales technique and how much you like to help people.

I'm sorry some *** found it helpful to be rude as *** to you and then having to deal with the same downstairs.

I agree, Some people should not work in customer service period.

The one fact remains though, Ikea pays their workers low wages when they make a million in one week. If they paid better the staff might improve on their customer service abilities.

I honestly think I made close to half a million in sales myself, maybe even more, and they paid my less then $9 and hour.

I tell people shop there, just never work there.

Guest

Wow, that really sucks. I am sorry that happened to you. Some people are just NOT MEANT to work in customer service.

Ikea bed sent out incomplete - missing holes!

Ordered a bed a month ago, and still sleeping on the floor. My last e-mail to IKEA is below, and I'm on hold waiting for a supervisor right now.

"I ordered my furniture almost a month ago now, and after quite a bit of trouble with Purolator I finally got it at the start of September. However, when I went to put my Dalselv bed together, I noticed that some of the holes that were to be drilled in the frame were missing. I immediately called Ikea (on September 4th), spoke to a representative, and was told that someone would contact me in three to five days. My phone does not have voicemail and so an e-mail was sent to me on the 10th with contact times -- which were wrong. When I called on Friday September 12 at seven pm, as the e-mail said I could, customer service was closed. I called again last Monday, the 15th, and was put on hold for twenty minutes before speaking to a representative. She told me that I'd have to wait another thirty minutes before talking to someone else, and I wasn't able to do that because I was on my way to class. I asked if someone would be able to call on the Tuesday, and she said that wouldn't be a problem - but I didn't get a call until yesterday (September 20th) at noon, when I was in class. I bought an Ikea bed frame (among other things) a month ago, and am sleeping on a mattress on the floor. This problem could be rectified easily by sending a tech with a power drill to my apartment, and that's what I expect to happen as soon as possible. If it's not possible, I'd like to return my bed frame and the slats that go with it - I will buy another bed frame from someone else. Please have a supervisor call or e-mail me."

I called back on my own, October 1st, two weeks later. After missing Ikea's call once and then sending an e-mail, in which they PROMISED they'd call and never did.

DO NOT SHOP AT IKEA.

Looker 16 update

Just wanted to let everyone know that after posting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Pissed Consumers, I received a complete refund from IKEA in the mail. I am not required to return any of the items either. So I not only got a complete refund, I got the items too! Unfortunately, it is a gift card for IKEA but I am more than pleased with this resolution. A company that wants to stay in business today must please the consumer or they stand to lose their business completely. I guess IKEA was at lease a little concerned! Melissa, maybe you should try harder next time. Persistence pays off!!!

Ikea and the " rental "

My husband and I live 10 miles an Ikea store.Came across a bookcase/tv stand in the scratch and dent fully assembled we were in our car but we have a truck and live close so i was going to stay at ikea w/ the stuff hubby going to go get the truck. It was close to closing, ikea suggest we rent a van for only 25 bucks. we tought only 25 bucks - ok - since we saved on the scatch and dent - they ended up billing us 25.00 plus insurance, then we noticed on out credit card a charge of 35.00. i called them, and they said it was gas money. total came to 80.00 and when i called they said they only over charged us by 11.00. none of these other charges were even mentioned when we rented this van, so we did not save any money , it actually costed more.

IKEA: LOW quality, CHEAP products & WORST service

The bed frame, Sofa and coffee table I bought from IKEA were cheap, but their delivery was dreadful and the customer service was rude and arrogant. Worst of all, the bed frame fell apart in just three months, and the sofa became shaky in half a year or so. It was so awful I will never go there again. I believe I am not the only one complained about IKEA; my friends all complained the quality of IKEA products. They are cheap, in other words, LOW QUALITY. My complaints to IKEA customer service got only responses like "you didn't use it properly", and it seemed like I broke it. This is ridiculous! Avoid IKEA by all means. You are better off to pay a little more for a much better products elsewhere.

I called the Potomac Mills store to be sure the 3-piece living room set which was posted in the new catalog had come in for the special Sept 4-7 sale was in stock for the sale beginning tomorrow. I was told they would receive none of the sofa, loveseat, chair sets for the posted $699. I was told that the College Park MD store would receive 25, but I had better be there at opening to get one--or even before the opening hour.

I think the ad in the catalog is misleading when supplies are so small and not offered at all stores.

Bad practice for a store which talks about customer service.

Ikea a gimmick with lousy customer service

have you ever dealt with a customer service rep who was a broken record? that's the case here. don't care just repeated and repeated their return policy. it was a *** $25 lamp. i only had the MC receipt and i wanted a replacement because it broke (wiring problem) no effort to go beyond repeating the policy over and over. the manager same thing. when i asked if they don't back up their products more than 90 days, she said that's right. gimmicky layout, cute displays and decent prices but even Walmart, Target, etc back up their products if they malfunction. no change in affect. my husband wanted a new one. against my judgement. i walked through the entire market place. two sales people in mattresses talking and just pointed ahead when i tried to find help with lighting. no one in lighting. one sales lady in the next department who said she couldn't help and didn't know where i could get help. i had to continue walking to the exit where i found a salesman who tried to fix the lamp because he acknoledged that the wire was defective inside the lamp. he couldn't return or exchange it for me. get the new one home and they changed the style and look so now my husband doesn't want it. i bet they won't return it even with a receipt. horrible customer service. one big gimmick.

IKEA USA WON'T REFUND OR TAKE BACK ANY MERCHANDISE, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LIES AND IS RUDE

I tried to return a light which I had a receipt and all packaging for and was told no. Then I asked for a manager and Kate Murphy the returns manager said she was the manager and their was no one else above her. Kate Murphy was lying to me in an effort to blow me off so I could not get my refund. What I now found out is a systematic method of refusing to refund customers money and send customers packing without their refunds, Ikea Usa doesn't care if you never come back again. They will not refund your money for any reason no matter what. This is the only major department store I have ever dealt with in the USA that will not refund with a sales receipt and they will go through extreme measureas not to refund anything to a customer..

I was treated badly at Philadelphia ikea, because irefused to allow them to copy my personal information into their database.

The rule states that you should present a photo ID and i presented Govement photo ID with no address and date of birth and the refused saying that the ID has to be a drivers license.

Which I made a lot of noise until they accepted the ID I had presented.

Ikea return desk employee are rude and discriminates a lot.

IKEA

S U C K S !

The designs are ok, but the quality is awful.

Customer service is more than awful!!!

I had to go back to the store three times to replace a piece under waranty, was told that will be contacted by phone to let us know when the piece would be in stock, a month went by and no call whatsoever. noone is answering to the phone extension that was given to us. left voicemails and they never returned our call either!

Guest

Bought a couple coffee tables from Ikea online. All three had glass tabletops.

One came completely shattered. Called customer service and they sent me a full replacement no questions asked!

I even offered to send the rest of the table that came with the broken glass back, but customer service said keep it. I then got the replacement coffee table about a week later.

Guest

Add me to the list. Ikea in Carson, CA wouldn't take back a bedframe they claim I put together, even though I didn't.

Some fat *** was clowning me in front of everyone. It's a good thing I controlled my temper.

Bascially, IKEA is the Walmart of the furniture world; cheap products with low class "employees". I'll sale the bedframe on craigslist, but a word to you all...don't shop at IKEA in Carson.

Guest

Bought an umbrella for outside, it broke after a dozen uses. The string just snapped.

I took good care of it, I planned on having it for years. Its 2 weeks over warranty and Ikea wont accept a return or repair it. They said "you had 90 days to make sure it works", you can still smell how new the umbrella is! Its in great shape.

Now I'm out $130. Thanks Ikea, dont shop there anymore.

Guest

Today after spending quite a while assembling a large bookcase and desk combo, I was down to the last 2 pieces when the wooden peg holding a shelf snapped in two. The whole thing crumbled to the ground in a noisy domino effect.

Now since I cant get the broken off pegs out of the shelves I have to trash the whole bookshelf. Apparently IKEA wont be refunding or replacing the furniture I bought from them according to my receipt. I am extremely angry over this. I am out of work and I saved up for this much needed piece of furniture.

I am no rookie at assembling their furniture as I've bought and assembled myself over 5 large items in the past and have NEVER had this happen. I guess I've learned my lesson. I was going to purchase a mattress and bed from them but doubt if they dont help me out that I will be doing any more shopping at IKEA.

More like Customer NO Service at IKEA. Buyer beware!

Guest

I had a problem with a delivery order being cancelled twice (By them...for no reason) When I called to find out where the merchandise was, I was told to call what ended up being a non existant person at a non existant extension.....

Guest

Why aren't you guys writing this IKEA's HQ since it is they who have to fix the problem. Don't *** just to do it, be more proactive.

Guest

That is no way to do customers. If something is defective.

How do expect customers to come back.

I was thinking of buying a desk from then. No they can forget that

Poor Customer Service-Beware of their items!

We live 100 miles away from Ikea in Schaumburg and had long wanted to visit the store. We were impressed by the size and offerings of items at the store, as well as what seemed like decent prices at first, but unfortunately had several poor experiences there. We bought 2 dressers on our visit. The first had one little part missing that we were able to pick up at our local hardware store. The second piece, however, had nearly half the needed pieces missing (no, the boxes had not been opened), but had some extra un-needed pieces in there, I guess to make up for what probably was a Friday afternoon assembly line job. I called customer no-service and was on the phone for 32 minutes having to explain over and over what parts were missing. It apparently has escaped IKEA to put part numbers on their items, so it is very difficult to explain to someone on the phone what parts are needed. Because we needed so many parts, the customer service person told us that they would rather send out a whole new unit. Fine with me. 4 days later nothing, so I had to call again. Another 12 minutes on the phone and I was told someone would contact me within 14-48 hours. 5 days later still nothing. I called again. About 2 days after that someone called and asked if I could bring the parts in and they would exchange the unit. They would pay us .21 per mile, so I capitulated. I just wanted to get this done and over with. We got the new dresser and I insisted on opening the boxes to make sure that the parts were all there. This time they were. We made the mistake, however, to purchase a computer desk for our son while we were there. Since everything is self-serve we made sure to figure out that the top and legs are sold separately and we picked up the correct items. What we did not know, however, was that you need a frame to attach between the legs and the top. Sure, it makes sense now, but nowhere did it remind people that there are 4 parts for a desk (2 legs, top, frame). A sign in the desk department would have been most helpful. Or, wouldn’t you think that in the age of computers that at the cash register a note might come up telling the clerk that a desk is being sold without all the parts? So, not wanting to drive back 100 miles one way to buy the frame I want to buy it on their website. Unfortunately the part is not listed. I e-mailed customer no-service again and was given a phone number to call. I had to leave my number for a call back and a week has gone by again with still no call. I just want the frame and then I will never do business with IKEA again!

IKEA Kullen Wardrobe NOT worth the money and no solution provided by the Co. for poor... - Image 2
IKEA Kullen Wardrobe NOT worth the money and no solution provided by the Co. for poor... - Image 3

I purchased an IKEA Kullen Wardrobe a few weeks ago and I am still having problems. I wanted to give a disclosure for anyone who is thinking about purchasing the wardrobe. My goal is to dissuade you, and if I am not convincing, then to give you enough information so that you know what you are getting into. Here's a list of things IKEA *does not* tell you before you buy that may change your mind about your purchase:

1. You need a drill to put this together (the instructions say a screw driver is OK, but you have to place 10+ screws into thick composite wood, I broke down and bought a drill).

2. You need to buy wall mounting screws

3. There is no warranty on this product

4. The doors may or may not be level or flush when you are finished

5. Once its assembled you can't return it

6. If want to make any sort of claim you have to take the 228 lb assembled wardrobe back to the store.

The assembly of this wardrobe takes an entire day plus. I spent about 6 hours in one night and I didn't even finish. My other peeve is that it has a cardboard like back to it that you have to nail to the wardrobe. If you don't put it exactly and I mean exactly right you end up with nails sticking out into the main compartment of the wardrobe and pieces of the inside having flaked off. The reason I am really writing this review is the doors, once I installed them on the wardrobe, they were crooked and the two main doors have a huge gap in between. Apparently, it's a known problem and IKEA just tells you to adjust the hinges until its straight, well I tried that for hours and it didn't work. Other than that they just tell you to see a store manager, which I will do, but we'll see how that goes.

Bought one of these a few years ago. Only issue was moving it when we moved.

Assembly took my wife and I an evening (we are experienced at assembly in general and have bought plenty from IKEA.

Had no problems with the screws, although I already owned drills, etc.

The doors have standard hinges and are adjustable to make your doors line up. Care in assembly, especially nailing on the back to make sure it's as square as possible, will make alignment easier.

Guest

A drill isn't necessarily required, but it does make life easier. I'm a girl that built this by myself in 2.5 hours, only needed another person to lift into standing position.

The doors would adjust, it just takes patience. And finally, for $150, it's really functional and decent, no where can I find another waredrobe that affordable.

Guest

I've owned two Kullen wardrobes and I've assembled and reassembled them after moving a few times. It's one of the best IKEA products I've ever owned.

It takes me less than an hour to assemble it from scratch and my door angles are very easy to straighten, even on a wonky floor.

Original poster here must have no experience with basic construction and even less common sense.

Guest

It took you a whole day to assemble it?!!!! No wonder you can't adjust the doors correctly or hammer in the nails to hold the backing.

IKEA = assembly required. If you aren't a "handy" person then don't buy IKEA.

You are blaming IKEA because you can't figure out how to put it together correctly. Its always someone else's fault right?

The truth is you don't have the minimal skills required to assemble the wardrobe.

Its YOUR fault, not IKEA's. People like you is why we have warnings on cups of coffee.

I have to agree with Richie, the quality of ikea products is 70% dependent on the person installing it. perhaps what ikea forgot to label is " handyman required" Dont blame Ferrari if you do not know how to drive a sports car.

Wait, you buy the cheapest wardrobe Ikea has ever had available and are surprised by poor quality? :upset :grin

That said, the Kullen wardrobe is decent value as it costs next to nothing and is a solid if cheap-looking wardrobe when properly assembled. Putting it together takes some effort but shouldn't take more than two hours if you have ever held a screwdriver before. It is *heavy* though, so if you're planning on moving it, either be prepared to disassemble it or have some lifting cords and strong guys available.

I personally dislike Ikea furniture as assembling them is frustrating and time consuming, and apart from some exceptions (e.g. the Hemnes series) they look and feel cheap, but still, the Kullen wardrobe is good for its price. You get more than you pay for.

I have been purchasing and assembling Ikea products since the Stoughton store opened and have not had any trouble with them. My wife is from Europe and Ikea products are in use by so many people is it almost a national standard.

Missing parts like drawers can sometimes be found in the AS-IS section at each store. Pretty much anyone with a slight touch of mechanical aptitude and common sense can put together Ikea furniture. All to often people try to do something, ie. assembled furniture when the have no patience, understanding or even the ability to bake a cake by themselves.

Some people should stop whining and pay for pre-assembled furniture. Plain and simple.

I just got this wardrobe off Craigslist, and we are still putting it together. Unfortunately, the dummie that sold it to us forgot to give us the drawers and now he doesn't know where they are.

Thank God he gave me my money back but told me to just keep the wardrobe. Which is Awesome! BUT. I now need the drawers!

Or replacement number to order the parts? Anyone wanna sell me their drawers?

:) Thanks! lol Chantibabi@***.com

Hi,

I have 2 of the Ikea Kullen Wardrobes and they Are totally worth the price.

I moved 3 times since I bought them (hence they have gone through 3 dis-assemblies and 3 re-assemblies) and they are still perfect.. I guess it comes down to the care you put into it.
