IKEA restaurant changed a food substitution policy to no substitution ;(!!! So you order meatballs or salmon and cannot have the side it comes with(potato based) Oh that's ok you have to Buy the side of veggies in addition to the entree So since many people cannot eat the carbohydrates without taking extra medicine or cannot eat them at all you are costing them extra money and increasing Ill Will

I went ikea store to exchange an item. They said I need to call customer service to get reciept info. I've been waiting for a hour on the phone, still no agents pick up the call. Their customer service is really ineffient. Don't ever throw away your receipt! Their customer service is pretty useless if you were ever in that situation!
