Damage done while loading by ikea staff

Hello, I just bought a sofa set from as is section from arizona, Tempe. When we asked the ikea staff to lift it on a cart to purchase Meanwhile i was having a look on my kids The staff lifted the sofa and broke the wood from the down I couldnt see the impact that time but after I came home before unloading the sofa i can see the cracked wood & made it dirty as wel I had beared the expense of the vehicle rented uhaul bought the sofa Due neglience of the staff member has left no option but to messege you. Please provide a solution . i am highly disappointed !

Ordered several items 3 months ago. Received all but one. Okay, maybe it's back ordered? NO email saying so, but I wait, and I wait and wait. After EIGHT phone calls to IKEA, being transferred only to be disconnected each time...I have had it. They SUCK.

Scheduled Deliver Not happening

Waited for over a month for a delivery, I get contacted minutes before the truck is loaded. And when I get a chance to confirm I'm told I'll have to reschedule and it would be at their earliest convenience. I am now seeking a refund, but wait! Ikea customer service is not working and the automated line just hangs up.

More than 3 weeks ago I returned to the Elizabeth location a KiviK sofa cover i purchased on line because it was the wrong one and have not been credited yet nor I have received any communication from ikea. I had to wait a long time to return the merchandise because Ikea would not accept returns because of Covid-19 Reaching Ikea's customer service is a daunting affair with misdirection and cut-offs. They have the worst customer service I EVER experienced. I will NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

upon attempting to login to IKEA, system won't take my login or password. Pressed reset password and never got the reset email. called the 1-888 number and after 15 minutes on hold and many menu options, Ikea dropped my call. try to contact via email and the endless menu doesn't give any options to actually write an email. I need to plan a kitchen online and it appears that I will have to come to an actual store. ridiculous.

Customer Service Complaint

I keep getting disconnected from the customer service phone line. Once a representative answered, I asked my product question, she couldn't answer, said she would transfer me, and gone, discommect. I then clicked on the email customer service button on the website. It takes you to a form page, but the only choice is to "cancel an order" and you fill in the order # you want to cancel. I don't have an order; I have a product question and information I want to know before purchasing a certain product.

Ive been waiting for a bed frame to come in. The scheduled arrival was August 3. I understand covid has caused some delays, but it is now nearly September and I still have no bed frame and thus am without the storage space under my bed.

Missing part and cannot get through to customer service

I ordered a Brimnes 2 door wardrobe in June. It was delivered at the beginning of July. I immediately put it together, because I really needed it for storage and hanging clothes. However, the hanging rod was missing from the order. Ive called probably hundreds of times and even messaged them on Facebook. I have never gotten through. The only email option is to cancel an order. I am so upset, and I cannot get in contact with anyone.

Need to speak with a manager

we drove down and picked up bedroom furniture and the 2 side tables we got the wood was warped a little. I thought it shouldn't make that much of a difference. after putting them together the top drawer of one doesn't open really at all unless you kind of force it and the other the bottom two drawers do the same. we live about 4 hours away from IKEA and I can't just pack this up and take it back. every time I have teiws to call in the automated system says some crap and hanga up. we spent hundreds of dollars on something we can barely use and can't get in touch with anyone to figure this out. I am frustrated most of all because my wife is unhappy with it all... and well we all know the saying happy wife happy life. somebody please reach out to my ao I can get this resolved.

Malm dresser missing some reinforcement parts. Can't CALL Ikea due to "high volumes." Can't EMAIL the company unless you are merely cancelling an order. Unacceptable way to do business. I will never purchase from IKEA again. DONE with this loser waste producing crap company with trash furniture made to be what it is - garbage.

Complaint againts staff employees

On August 22,2020, I visited the store # 145 orlando FL.I went shopping and at the end I decided to go to the customer service desk to return an item. I approched to the custmer service department. I asked a customer where is the line, he told me it is behind me. After couple of minutes past a staffl employee approche to me and she told me i have to move from the line because the line was outside at the store . I explained the staff thet i did not skipp the line and i did not know that i have to go outside and make the line because there were no sign or employee who can tell me that the line was outside. She called the manager on a radio meanwhile the line was moving i felt that this staff member was invading my personal space . I told her dont be close to me please. A manager came yelling at me that she does not care what the security guy say she is the manager. She stated that i was yelling but i was nervous and i was just expressing my frustration and disagreed with the way the handle the issue. My point of view i should be treat with more respect an they should put visible sings that customer can read the instructions or at least have an emploee near customer service area to avoid misunderstandings. I appreciate that the security staff advised me that he is agreed with me 100 %. I appreciate that you can talk to staff and learn how to resolve issues properly. I was unable to ask for the employees name

90 days Price discount protection to IKEA Family member.

Purchased $456.41 worth Bed & Mattress on 07/24/20 at IKEA Elizabeth NJ store Receipt 015400****8107****. Due to last minutes closing hours the cashier's counter rushed me & I paid by credit card and could not use my IKEA Family Card.

One product article No.802773** **905 MORGEDAL foam of $279 which just next week has been discounted to $229, a difference of $50. Being an IKEA Family member # 627598****16190**** I am entitled to the refund of price difference. About 10 days before I went back to the store in person, waited in long line, to ask your CS rep for the refund/adjustment but she refused saying "my IKEA family card was not used at the time of purchase, therefore, no refund or adjustment of the discounted price difference" (although it is within 90 days and I explained her the situation at the counter). It is so FRUSTRATING, not my fault.

The cashier (ID # 1004****) should have asked if I was an IKEA family member, and should not have rushed me to create the confusion.

Being an IKEA family card holder and member I demand immediate REFUND of $50 back to my credit card on record. Confirm your action taken please.

Wrong delivery items

Ordered bookshelves online. Waited a month for the delivery and all day long only to get the wrong items. Items numbers are on the boxes. How does a company deliver the wrong items and not check the numbers on the boxes before they are delivered to a customer? Big 0 for customer service. Can't get a Response by phone only a message. They ask customers to email them but never reply.
