We placed an order for a children's desk and chair. 5 days later the chair shows up.
I called IKEA and they told me looks like the desk was misplaced and they will issue a refund. This all happened end of July. By August I haven't seen the refund as promised. they assured me it's in the "pipeline" and should see the refund in just a few days.
To make a long story short, it's September 4th and still no refund.
I'm on hold for 32 minutes now waiting for a rep to (pretend they know and) give me insight as to where that refund got stuck. Bunch of deadbeats selling garbage furniture.
