I ordered a Barviken sink on line . It arrived badly broken. I called immediately to return it and have it picked up. I waited for 65 minutes to have them answer their customer service number. They gave me a reference number and told me they would send me the pick up date via email within 48 hours. My refund would be in the mail in 5-14 days. At this moment that I am submitting a review, there are 539 complaints and 1 resolved. I guess that this sums up just about how much IKEA cares about your satisfaction once they have your money. I am surprised IKEA still has so many customers. It is the worst consumer experience I ever had. They always are missing parts of your order, don't refund for this which is their error and deliver stuff that you didn't even order and then you are stuck with a huge box in your living room. We placed an order for all new cabinets from IKEA. They ran out of drawer faces as we placed order. IKEA won't ship the item and has been uncooperative in helping get the missing piece.
