Terrible. They delivered 15 boxes, 3 of which they were supposed to take back with them because I cancelled the order. However, they only took 1 out of 3, and I found myself left with 2 boxes/half a furniture. I called, rescheduled for a pick-up. Placed an order online. The delivery never arrived. The delivery logistics company contracted by IKEA for its central Texas deliveries - JW Logistics - lied daily about delivering the merchandise - this went on for three (3) days, at 4pm on the third day of no delivery and being lied to again, I cancelled the order. This is by far the worst delivery experience I've ever encountered and contrasts starkly with my experience at Macy's. I ordered a couple of furniture items at Ikea a few weeks ago. ordered bedroom furniture for my disabled cousin early May. I had to save her money for a year to be able to afford it. IKEA has "lost" our order 4 times, I kid you not! Ikea sucks the staff is useless and lazy, I asked for a product to be brought down because it was out of stock and they still have more on the top, they wouldn't do it because their reason was they have to do it tomorrow cause they have to bring the forklift to the floor? While the entire time I was staring at the forklift.

The assembly team from Ikea failed to arrive. I will try to cancel the $600 payment for the service through the credit card but cannot gain access to Ikea in any way. Each call to Ikea customer service had a wait time over 30 minutes and then, after speaking with someone at least, I was given a new number to call in one case and call dropped in the other. I placed an online order and was told i would recieve an e-mail confirmation with order number and tracking information. The funds were taken out of my bank account and i never received any e-mail and never was given an order number.
