We placed an order for all new cabinets from IKEA. They ran out of drawer faces as we placed order. IKEA won't ship the item and has been uncooperative in helping get the missing piece. I HAVE HAD A MATTRESS FROM IKEA FOR TWO YEARS, THREE WEEKS AGO OUT OF NO WHERE A BULGE STARTED TO DEVELOP IN THE AREA WHERE MY LEGS USUALLY REST. I'm a loyal Ikea fan, am talking about a 30 year love affair as I'm European. I ordered a kitchen during the kitchen event and had to order some more cover panels and hinges. Not only did they charge my credit card way before my order even shipped, they never shipped one of my items. After contacting them (and holding for 48 minutes + on multiple occasions), I was finally told my table would ship. Well low and behold, the table showed up, and it was the wrong one. IKEA customer service is one of the worse out there. For the past year, I made close to $10k of purchasing from IKEA Brooklyn. Every single time there was a problem with the shipment: first, it delivered the wrong product, second- time of the delivery.
